1. Services and Bookings
By scheduling a session with The Singing Lotus Studio, you agree to the pricing, scheduling, and capacity limitations provided at the time of booking. All sessions must be reserved in advance through our online booking system.
2. 24-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
To maintain the sustainability of our studio and respect our small 13-person session capacity, we enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Because your spot is reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations leave us without adequate time to fill the vacancy.
Timely Changes: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session start time, as well as failure to show up for your appointment, will result in complete forfeiture of your upfront payment. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
3. Upfront Payments and Chargeback Protection
All service fees and gift certificate purchases are due strictly upfront at the time of booking and are processed securely via Square. In the event of an unauthorized credit card dispute or fraudulent chargeback filed against our strict policy, you agree to remain responsible for the original service fee plus any administrative banking fees incurred by The Singing Lotus Studio.
4. Medical and Services Disclaimer
The Singing Lotus Studio offers relaxation, sound bath sessions, and wellness experiences. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or healthcare treatment of any kind. By booking a session, you confirm that you have consulted with a licensed physician regarding any pre-existing health concerns or conditions before participating. You assume full physical and legal responsibility for your own well-being during our sessions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Singing Lotus Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, booking platform, or participation in our studio sessions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
